Used PP30012HS(ABBSE)5A ABB IGBT MODULE for sale.

Later called ABBN (I think).

Modulerna är av typ dubbeltransistor, kopplade i serie, halvbryggor för användning till bla H-bryggor.
3 st halvbryggor i en modul.

The IGBT:s tested OK. Have several of them.

Do not look like new, some pins are not hundred percent straigt..
